Shipping

Except for select products where indicated, we offer free shipping to Hong Kong. For the shipping rate to other countries and regions, please check the exact cost during checkout.
For international orders, there might be additional duties and taxes to pay upon the arrival of your package. While we will assist you along the process, we have no control over these charges, as they are determined by the destination customs.

Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you. It usually takes 1-2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out, then 2-15 business days for delivery.
Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or abnormal conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking information. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love them.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your product during the 30-night trial period, we’re happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return or exchange process.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be clean, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery.
The products listed below are not eligible for the 30-night trial:

  • Soundproof Earplugs
  • Gift Cards
  • Any final-sale products

Within a 30-day free trial period, we offer free returns for Hong Kong. The original order value, including the shipping cost, will be fully refunded to customers.

To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at service@qeleg.com with your order number. If your product(s) is in the trial period, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product(s), we will send the refund of your order to your original payment account or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-8 business days.

It typically takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
