You’ll learn to sculpt the head, body, arms, hands, and a cute teddy bear accessory — with a special focus on achieving realistic plush textures using edible materials. The lessons cover precise material proportions, tool handling, and professional techniques to help you create an adorable and tactile plush-style fondant figurine from start to finish.

• Core fondant techniques: kneading, rolling, shaping, pressing, and attaching
• Head and body sculpting, including eyes, nose, mouth, and ears

Course Breakdown
• Head Sculpting: Shape a 45g fondant ball, define facial grooves, and sculpt eyes, nose, mouth, and ears
• Head Detailing: Use white fondant for eye whites, black for pupils, and add shading with dust colors (cheeks, nose tip, etc.); craft hair with coffee-colored fondant
• Body & Hood: Build the armature using 16-gauge wire; roll 52g of fondant for the hood, 28g for the body, and 6g for each leg
• Arms & Hands: Shape fondant arms, divide fingers, and attach symmetrically to the torso
• Plush Texture & Accessories: Apply colored desiccated coconut for plush fur — coffee tone for the body, white for the belly — then highlight and finish; make a mini teddy bear using coffee fondant and wire support
